I am a UX Research and Strategy expert with over a decade of professional experience building and leading research teams and driving human-centric outcomes.
I have personally designed and led over 80 research projects both remotely and in the field. I have translated my research into actionable reports and deliverables for Fortune 500, start-up, government, and NGO clients and employers. My expertise is in user experience research and strategy, service design, training, and facilitation.

In 2012 I earned an M.A. in International Development Studies with a focus on participatory and human centered research methods.

I will work with you to review your product roadmap and identify research priorities. UXR Training & Enablement

I have delivered trainings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching to designers, developers, product managers, market researchers, etc. at all experience levels.
